What is Obie: Obie is more than just an insurance brokerage. They are reinventing the insurance process for landlords and rental property investors. Whether the user is a seasoned investor or just starting out, Obie makes requesting a quote and getting coverage simple, affordable, and transparent. It is also available in all 50 states.

Our Work: We started working with Obie in 2022 and immediately restructured their Google Ads account to generate better results. Since then, we reduced their average cost per quote by 60%, while increasing average Click-Through Rates and Conversion Rates. By drastically decreasing their Avg. CPQ, Obie was able to better utilize their budget, capturing and converting relevant traffic at a high rate.

Most importantly, we actively worked with their data team to setup a new Policy Bind conversion action. While it was important to see how many Quote Submits ads were generating, it wasn’t the ideal action to optimize for. Obie needed to see the associated value each bind produced, and not just if a user went through the quote process.

Since we switched to optimizing for Policy Binds, campaigns have generated consistent month-over-month increased revenue from paid ads.

From these efforts, Obie was able to 4x their Search budget going into 2024, as well as start some new Top of Funnel Demand Gen campaigns to get new users over to the site.
